Orthopedic memory foam dog bed

The Oxford Orthopaedic Mattress from Scruffs offers dogs a generous bed that combines softness and support, with a design particularly suited to large breeds, senior dogs, and those who prefer a surface that is more stable than a standard cushion. Its core combines 70% high-density polyurethane foam and 30% memory foam to gradually conform to the body and better distribute pressure points during rest periods.

The top section is covered in thick polyester faux fur, crafted in an elegant quilted plaid pattern. This soft, plush surface provides a warm sensation when dogs lie down, while the foam block maintains firmer support beneath the body. Its open shape, with no edges to step over, also allows great freedom of movement for dogs that like to stretch out, change positions, or easily access their bed.

A water-resistant inner polyester liner protects the foam block from minor moisture and helps preserve the filling. The outer cover is fully removable thanks to its zippered closure, simplifying maintenance without needing to handle or wash the foam.

The cover is machine washable at 30°C on a gentle cycle with mild detergent, then should be left to air dry flat. Tumble drying and bleaching agents should be avoided to preserve the texture and integrity of the fabric. In case of moisture, allow the cover to dry completely before placing it in contact with light-colored textiles or surfaces. During the first few washes, it is also recommended to wash it separately to limit any risk of color transfer.

Available in two dimensions, size L measures 100 × 70 × 10 cm and offers a generous surface for dogs that like to stretch out comfortably. Size XL measures 120 × 75 × 14 cm and provides more space as well as greater thickness for large dogs or those looking for a particularly generous bed.

The Tan and Silver colors allow you to choose between a warm brownish-beige tone and a more understated silvery-gray shade. The surface, base, and lining are made of polyester, while the orthopaedic core combines high-density foam and memory foam.

With its particularly soft surface, orthopaedic support, removable cover, water-resistant inner protection, and large dimensions, the Oxford Orthopaedic Mattress creates a true resting space for dogs that enjoy lying down comfortably while benefiting from a bed designed to better support the body.
